It’s the same… But better! An Amigos Club Rewards account will give you more control over your Dr Ike's shopping experience. If you already have a Dr Ike's store account, first of all, thank you. We appreciate you choosing to shop with us and will make this necessary transition as painless as possible. Our new Rewards program brings in improvements and advancements that will take the Dr Ike's experience to a new level. You will need to validate your account online to continue receiving your rewards. Simply go to the Dr Ike's website, click my account at the top of the page, enter your credentials and then follow the prompts. In a matter of moments you will be signed up and ready.

New accounts are done exactly the same way. Just click my account on the Dr Ike's website, hit register and follow the prompts to begin receiving your points as well as so many other benefits.

All Dr Ike's Home Center customers are encouraged to join. The only requirement is that you are 18 years of age or older and have a valid Email address. Individuals only. Commercial In-house accounts are not currently eligible to enroll.

In a word… Control. Your Amigos Club dashboard provides you with an unprecedented level of control over your shopping experience with us. With your dashboard you can:

• See your current point level and how close you are to your next Rewards coupon.
• Every time you earn a new Rewards coupon, it will come through your Dashboard. No more lost coupons, just print your reward or have it scanned from your phone. Never miss out again.
• You never have to worry about getting your Rewards points, whether you purchase in store or online, they are automatically applied to your new Amigos Club Rewards account.
• Keep an accurate account of your past purchases and have ready access to purchase information.
• Keep an accurate record of your receipts! No longer will you need to worry about where you left your paper receipt, you will always have a digital copy as near as your cell phone or home computer.
• You can choose to have a copy of your receipt emailed to you or sent via text to your phone. (As well as having them stored on your Amigos Club Rewards dashboard.)
• No more cards to carry or worry about losing.
• You will receive emails and updates about special savings (which you can opt out of if you so choose).

It’s easy, just give the cashier your phone number or email at checkout.  Verify your account details and points for your purchase will be automatically applied to your account.  If you are shopping online... just make sure you log in, with your Amigos Club credentials, before shopping and checking out.

Nothing could be easier or more fun… just go shopping! You’ll earn 5 points for every dollar that you spend with us. When you’ve reached 1000 points, you will automatically receive a $5 coupon to spend on in-store purchases or online. We will also send you an email or text (depending upon the preferences you set) to inform you that you’ve earned a new Reward. For customers who earn more than 1000 points in a single transaction, we have made it easier than ever to earn your rewards. The award levels for points earned in a single transaction are as follows:

• 1,000 points = $5 coupon
• 2,000 points = $10 coupon
• 3,000 points = $15 coupon
• 4,000 points = $20 coupon
• 5,000 points = $25 coupon
• 6,000 points = $30 coupon
• 7,000 points = $35 coupon
• 8,000 points = $40 coupon
• 9,000 points = $45 coupon
• 10,000 points = $50 coupon

Please note: any points earned above 10,000 in a single transaction do not receive additional coupons. Any points that do not reach the above thresholds will be saved and count toward your next $5 Reward.

Absolutely! It doesn’t matter if you purchase in store or online, you’ll get rewards points either way. Also, you can use your coupons for purchases made online or in store.

Of course, we always hope that you’ll be satisfied with any purchase you might make at Dr Ike's. And as always, there are no returns on weather related and clearance items; but should you need to return an item occasionally, as a courtesy, we will not remove your points.

Because of the nature of the systems involved, please allow at least 24 to 48 hours from the time of sale for points to register on your dashboard. If your points are still not showing after that time, please use the contact us page on our website.  Please include the details of the transaction and your account information.  An Amigos Club account specialist will verify the information and address accordingly.

If you already have a Dr Ike's website account and want to merge it with a different Amigos Club account, Please use the contact us page with all of the details and an Amigos Club account specialist will follow up with you as soon as possible.

Your points do not have an expiration date, however coupons do expire depending on the type of coupon:

• Signup coupon: No expiration
• Rewards coupons: 30 day expiration from date issued
• Birthday coupon: Expires at the end of your birthday month
• Only one coupon per transaction.  Coupons cannot be bundled or used with any other promotion.
